In your client portal, you'll find questionnaire forms for each add-on you've chosen. These help me gather the information I need for each add-on. For example, if we're creating a client welcome guide, I have a form with all the necessary sections and prompts for you to fill out. We'll then edit the copy and start designing.
The big day is here! I'll start working on all your add-ons and send you a preview that afternoon. You can then suggest any tweaks or changes you'd like. And voilà!

Our main client base is in the US so we are not strangers to timezones. We are happy to work with clients all over the world and happy to adjust the VIP day to meet those time zones. In some larger time zones, we may send a preview the day before or wrap up the final files after.
We always recommend giving feedback as soon as you can so we can stick to the schedule. If something comes up, just let us know. We're flexible and we understand that life stuff happens. If you're on the VIP day and feeling overwhelmed by having to make decisions quickly, then we get you, everyone processes things a little differently just let us know as soon as possible and we'll adjust the timeline to make it easier for you.
Absolutely, our 'in a day' packages are built an entry-level to work with us then we can add on extras to expand the package to your needs. We can add extra illustrations, merch designs, packaging, you name it.
Absolutely! You can book as many of these days as often as you want. You can start with three add ons in one VIP day then in a couple months time add as many as you need.
When you book in with us, you'll have some homework bits to complete before our day together such as questionnaires, and mood boards. We need these pieces completed ONE WEEK before the VIP day to allow us enough time to prep for your project and get previews sent your way before the day together. We book months in advance however so you’ll always have plenty of time to complete these.
We only have a limited amount of projects available each month. Since we only have limited spots they tend to get booked up fast, so to ensure you don't miss out on your project we would recommend inquiring and getting booked in as soon as possible. Even if you're not ready for a few months, it's better to secure your spot in advance.
