After Your Initial Inquiry
After you've reached out, we'll pick a date that works for you, ensuring you don't have any commitments and can respond and give feedback quickly on the VIP day. We'll send you a client portal containing your contract, questionnaire, Pinterest mood board exercise, and invoice—everything you need to get started.
Homework
In your client portal, you'll find a detailed brand questionnaire that asks various questions about you and your business. This is as much for your benefit as it is for ours—it's an opportunity to dive deep into who you are. There's also a Pinterest mood board exercise for you to complete so we can understand your vibe. You can work on this homework gradually leading up to the VIP day and submit it to us one week before the day.
Week Before
It's time to start prepping. Once you've sent your homework my way, I'll begin researching your brand and developing the perfect direction for your business. I'll then send you a video outlining all my thoughts and ideas for your feedback. After that, I'll start pulling together and designing your brand, getting everything ready for the VIP day.
The VIP day
The day is here! You'll receive a preview of your new brand in your inbox first thing in the morning. We'll then spend a fun, collaborative day together, making two rounds of revisions to perfect your brand. We'll wrap up your files and send them to you that same day!

do you do consultation calls or zoom calls during the process?
Unfortunately, no. We are UK-based, but most of our clients are based in the US & Canada. We love working with creatives all over the world. To ensure work-life balance, we don't do calls or meetings during our process. We're huge advocates for respecting your peace, ensuring we can still get our evenings together as a family. However, we know how important it is to communicate well during the project. That's why we're open to chatting via voice notes on Instagram and happy to answer any questions via email. Before the project, we do a 'pre-recorded' consultation video, going over our thoughts and ideas so that we can get on the same page. We always encourage clients to use Loom or Vimeo to record their own videos to give us further insight into revisions or ideas if they wish. And we ask for clients' feedback every step of the way; it's a truly collaborative process. If you have any concerns, feel free to ask us for more info.
what about timezones?
is it actually done in a day?
No. This is what makes our VIP days so different and unique. You've probably heard the phrase that good design isn't done in a day, and we fully agree. We know the key to an impactful brand and high-converting website is strategy, planning, copy, and positioning. All things that take time, thoughts, and research. That's why we start our prep work a week before the VIP. Your brand and website have been our sole attention for an entire week. Then, on the VIP day, we show you what we've been working on and collaborate on any feedback and changes. It's a week for us, but one day for you. Making the service streamlined and quick while leaving all the essential strategies in place.
Our main client base is in the US so we are not strangers to timezones. We are happy to work with clients all over the world and happy to adjust the VIP day to meet those time zones. In some larger time zones, we may send a preview the day before or wrap up the final files the day after.
what if I can't give quick feedback on the day?
We always recommend giving feedback as soon as you can so we can stick to the schedule. If something comes up, just let us know. We're flexible and we understand that life stuff happens. If you're on the VIP day and feeling overwhelmed by having to make decisions quickly, then we get you, everyone processes things a little differently. Just let us know as soon as possible and we'll adjust the timeline to make it easier for you.
Can I request a quote if a package doesn't fit my needs?
Absolutely, our 'in a day' packages are built to be a entry-level to work with us, then we can add on extras to expand the package to your needs. We can add extra illustrations, merch designs, packaging, you name it.
Can I book branding now and come back for a website later?
Absolutely! As long as we have worked on your brand and have all those files in our system you can come back and book additional services or a website in a day project at any time!
What do I need before the day?
When you book in with us, you'll have some homework bits to complete before our day together such as questionnaires, and mood boards. We need these pieces completed ONE WEEK before the VIP day to allow us enough time to prep for your project and get previews sent your way before the day together. We book months in advance however so you’ll always have plenty of time to complete these.
How soon can we get started?
We only have a limited amount of projects available each month. Since we only have limited spots they tend to get booked up fast, so to ensure you don't miss out on your project we would recommend inquiring and getting booked in as soon as possible. Even if you're not ready for a few months, it's better to secure your spot in advance.
Are your illustrations one of a kind and unique to me?
All of our illustrations are hand-drawn in the studio by Sarah to create uniqueness for your branding. You get 6 of these illustrations in your branding depending on your brand and your requests.
Do you do a logo only package?
We fully believe that a logo can only do so much for your business. We want to help our clients shift their business and achieve their goals, but a logo isn't going to create an impactful change for their businesses and create the support that we truly want to provide. This package has been built to serve as that next level from 'just a logo' so it will be a better return on your investment and help you grow.
how do payment plans work?
We offer up to a 3-month payment plan for branding and a 6-month brand + web bundle plan, making the investment more flexible and affordable. However, the project does need to be paid in full before the project VIP day, so bear that in mind when choosing your date. For example, if you want to use a 6-month plan, your project would need to be booked 6 months in advance. If you want your project in two months, the payment will be split into two. We don't book further than 6 months in advance. Example, if Booking in on January, wanting a 3-month plan, your project would be booked in for March - April (depending on availability)
